A born and bred Geelong girl my passion for dressmaking started at a very young age.

As a child I was very crafty and use to sit and sew clothes for my dolls and barbies for hours.

 

I come from a sewing background. My mother worked in clothing factories sewing from the age of 17 and then continued making clothes for clients and for my sister and myself. My Mums Mother was also a dressmaker and started her apprenticeship at a shop in Geelong West when she was 16. So its in my blood.

 

I had a passion for sewing throughout high school and continued studying textiles through to year 12. 

Then at the Gordon Institute of Tafe & in 1995 completed my Advanced Certificate in Designer Dressmaking for Small Business.

 

 

I take pride in making the dressmaking experience a positive one and regularly get clients tell me how easy and relaxing the process was.
